Method:
Take a bowl add idly rice (if you want to use regular rice also), urad dal, chana dal, curry
leaves, red chilies, wash it once with water and drain the water.
Then add some fresh water, salt, asafoetidaand soak this at least 3 to 4 hours.
Later, put it into the blender and make a medium coarse paste, in this add ENO (or)
baking soda, mix it well.
Pour the mixture into the idly container and put this stand into a steamer and cook this
for 10 minutes.
At last, switch off the flame and steam cook for about 2 minutes till Adai idly is soft.
