Course Description:
We will examine labor relations from the establishment of union representation, through the collective bargaining process and the
administration and enforcement of union contracts. We will focus on subjects of bargaining, discipline if union-represented employees, and
unfair labor practices.
Objectives:
At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
