ACTION PLAN
SY: 2022-2023
for SHS (General Academic Strands)
I. INTRODUCTION
The Senior High School (SHS) Program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation for their future education and career. However, there
are several factors that adversely affect the effective implementation of the SHS Program, such as lack of resources, teacher shortage, and insufficient
support from parents and the community. To address these challenges, we need to implement a comprehensive action plan that aims to enhance students'
learning experiences and provide them with the necessary support to succeed in their academic pursuits.

III. EVALUATION
To evaluate the effectiveness of the SHS Action Plan, the following measures will be implemented:
Regular academic assessments and evaluations to monitor students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
Feedback surveys to gather input from students, teachers, parents, and the community on the program's strengths and weaknesses.
Tracking graduates' post-secondary education and career paths to assess the program's impact on their success.
Annual program reviews to assess the program's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve.
