Subject: TMUC Campus H-11/4 Visit for Bill Verification

Dear Sir,
A visit of TMUC H-11 Campus was conducted on 05 th and 11th November, 2020 for the
purpose of 3rd party evaluation as instructed by Mr. Faisal Mushtaq of various
components (Quantity and Quality) on campus site, the evaluation of the following
components was required:
1. Boundary Wall extension (Height increase)
2. Dismantling and fixing of floor tiles
3. Glass Partitions
4. Wood Partition
RE conducted the visit and met campus manager Mr. Ali Raza on site and inspected the
work in their presence. Following are the measurements of the aforementioned
components:

Note: A portion of outer elevation hasn’t been painted (Left side outer elevation). Campus
supervisor has been informed to complete the task asap.
Addendum: The non-painted portion has been dealt with and has been painted by the
vendor/contractor. Pictures has been attached in the annex.

Note: It has only been around 10 months since the completion of work but the tiles that were
repaired on the 4th floor and 3rd floor, the surrounding tiles that weren’t replaced are already
showing signs of displacement/debonding (hollow knocking sound when you walk on them).
They should have been inspected properly and redid and repaired along with the rest of the
tiling job in February as well. This practice should be avoided for future maintenance jobs.

Work has been checked on campus site via measurements and quality observations are
mentioned in the notes below the measurement tables. Rate analysis has also been
conducted and found satisfactory.
