1. The chapter begins with a brief overview of how and why the study was done, revieweing the
questions or issues addressed and a summary of the findings and results.
2. The interpretation of findings and results includes conclusions that address all the research
questions or hypotheses with references to outcomes listed in Chapter 4.
3. Generalizations, where indicated, are confined to the population from which the sample was
drawn.
4. Recommendations for action flow logically from the conclusions and include steps for
actions.
5. Recommendations for further study point to topics that require closer examination.

CLASS POLICIES:
1. Students are required to wear the University I.D always. As well as the
prescribed school uniform on days required or appropriate attire on free
days within the campus.
2. Absences incurred due to any of the following reasons shall be excused:
official representation in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular
activities; sickness duly certified by the attending physician or the
University physician and force majeure. Absence(s) incurred due to any of
the aforementioned reasons do not exempt concerned students from
complying with the regular requirements of their course. An excused
absence, however, should not exceed more than thirty percent (30%) of
required total attendance per semester. Any student who accumulates
more than twenty percent (20%) of the time of unexcused absences from
any of his/her subject before the midterm examinations shall be dropped
automatically from that subject. The instructor concerned shall mark
him/her FDA (failure due absences) or UD (unofficially dropped) from his
subject.
3. A student shall be marked absent from the class if he/she arrives 20
minutes after the start of the scheduled time. However, student must not
be deprived of attending the lesson if he wishes. Unless the subject
teacher concerned gave prior notice, students may leave their assigned
room if the teacher fails to come within 15 minutes after the start of the
scheduled time for a one-hour class, 30 minutes for a two-hour class, 45
minutes for a three-hour class, and so on. The student shall be marked
absent if he/she leaves their assigned room before the prescribed waiting
time.
4. Students must avoid any form of class distractions and disturbances
including using of gadgets during class hours. Student must turn off their
cellphones or put them in silence mode.
5. Students must observe and practice proper ethical behavior to maintain
the harmonious relationship with the subject instructor and fellow
classmates. If the student has concerns on his/her subject instructor, or
even in the subject itself, he/she may approach the instructor during the
appointed consultation hours. Furthermore, he/she may also approach the
department head first, and then to the College Secretary if he/she cannot
approach the instructor due to his/her personal reasons.

unauthorized notes or formula books, conversing with other students
during the exam proper), in any examination taken will automatically make
his/her examination void during the first offense and further be given with
a grade of 5.0 for the next offense.
7. Correction of scores earned on any examinations taken be done only
during the class hours upon returning the paper. Any corrections that will
be proven as being fabricated by the student will be given the same
sanction as being stated from the previous policy.
8. Administration of special and removal examinations to an individual or
group of students is subject to the recommendation of the subject teacher

class standing at any time. The student should be informed of his/her final
grade before it is encoded/posted.
10. No faculty shall change any grade after it has been posted. In exceptional
cases, where an error has been committed, the instructor/professor may
request authority from the Dean of his college/campus to make the
