I. OBJECTIVES: At the end of the activity period, the student will be able to:

1. Describe the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements on


personal hygiene and good grooming.
2. Create GMP information and education campaign (IEC) materials on
personal hygiene and good grooming.
3. Share the importance of personal hygiene and good grooming in
food production by making recommendations to be done to persons
not adhering to GMP requirements.

II. MATERIALS:
Manila paper, marking pens, Crayola, masking tape.

III. PROCEDURES:
Using your activity materials, you must create a jingle or a rap song about the need for proper
personal hygiene and good grooming in manufacturing food products. You must be able to perform
your work to the class after 10 minutes.

3. Share the importance of personal hygiene and good grooming in
food production by making recommendations to be done to persons
not adhering to GMP requirements.

II. MATERIALS:
Manila paper, marking pens, Crayola, masking tape.

III. PROCEDURES:
Using your activity materials, you must create a list of actions that are NOT ALLOWED to do while
you are doing food processing.

You must be able to present your work to the class after 10 minutes.
