Analysis and maximization of profitability of any type of restaurant and catering unit from the development of the concept to
its implementation, current management and exit. Projects to reduce costs and improve efficiency, redesign organizational
models and streamline the commercial area and improve sales profitability. Responsible for designing and planning around
50 projects per year. According to the type and size of the project I develop budgets, negotiations with suppliers and
partners, implementation of projects in the places chosen for the project in order to meet the proposed objectives. Measure
the success of the projects through several Kpi´s and reports for clients and administration.
