Request for call accounting report from January 15, 2021 to February 17, 2021

ACTION TAKEN

• Coordinate with the contact person for the requested report needed.
• Conduct remote session to copy the TAXA files and OXE backup.
• Load the TAXA files on the OmniVista application simulation.
• Generate report for the needed template.
• Verify the report and send it to the client.

FINDINGS
• N/A

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Recommend the client/customer to provide PC/Server for their OmniVista 8770 as soon as possible
for archiving of tickets.
