General Rental Terms and conditions.
1. Each Authorized Driver must be at least age 21 and have a valid personal
identification card or passport and driving licence printed with non Roman
alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an
International driving licence.
2. The vehicle may be driven only by the lessee or - in the case of corporate
customers - by the driver named in the rental contract. If the vehicle is to be
driven by persons other than the above-named person an additional charge shall
be charged for each additional driver. When the vehicle is collected the original
driving licences of any additional drivers must be presented.
If the vehicle is driven by unauthorized driver, the full amount of the damages
occurring as a result of accident will be charged to the Lessee, and will not be
covered by an insurance.
3. The rental vehicles cannot cross the Georgia borders
4. Lessee agrees that the police video control fines must be paid by the lessee,
otherwise The company Auto Toiur maintains the right and the fine fee will be
charged to the Lessee’s covered by the deposit with the amount of fine cost
+18% VAT.
5. All rates include VAT
Responsibility Of Parties.
1.The lessor in the lessee presence is obliged to inspect the vehicle, if it is in a
roadworthy condition, must check fuel level, external damages, tires, spare tires,
all necessary equipment of the vehicle and etc. Damages must be identified in
acceptance note by the lessor or confirmed by photos.
2.The vehicle shall be handed over to the lessee with a full tank of fuel.
Correspondingly, the lessee must return the vehicle at the end of the lease with a
full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned fully tanked, the lessor shall charge
the lessee the cost of filling the vehicle. ( 1 liter cost 5 Gel)
3. The deposit is obligatory for the renter in Sixt rent a car Georgia and the
amount of the deposit is defined by car type or category.
4. The lessee must return the Vehicle to Auto tour office or other location the
lessor identify, on the date and time specified in this Agreement, and in the
same condition that the renter received it, except for ordinary wear. If the
vehicle is returned to any other office or location or left somewhere other than
the office or location identified by Rental Agent, the lessee remains responsible
for the safety of and any damage to the Vehicle until the lessor inspects it.
Service to the Vehicle or replacement of parts or accessories during the rental
must have prior approval.
5. All accessories provided with the rented car are the part of this agreement
and the lessee is obliged to properly secure any goods carried.
6.In a case of lost or damage any extra accessories the renter is obliged to pay
the damage/loss fee. Car key – 500 Gel; Vehicle passport – 250 Gel; GPS-
300Gel; Baby Seat – 180 Gel;
Insurance
1. All company Auto Tours cars are insured. Insurance includes CDW, third
party insurance and Theft Protection. If necessary procedures (call the patrol
police immediately at the No 122 and the office , do not relocate a vehicle
without Police permission) are not followed the driver will be fully liable for
the damages. Insurance will become void in the following cases:
- If the vehicle is used for the transport of dangerous goods;
- If the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's license at the
time of the event giving rise to claim;
- If the driver was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcoholic
substances, at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
-If upon return the car is damaged and no insurance instructions were followed,
or if damages are not covered by the insurance (damage of interior, tire damage,
missing spare and items, etc) The customers will be fully liable for the damages.
2. Insurance does not cover tires damage and accidents which took place in off-
road conditions. (Especially in Svaneti, Tusheti, Khevsureti, Kazbegi, etc.) In
case of damages in these regions, emergency assistance will be charged in the
amount of 300 Gel, in addition to the repair costs. Flat Tire Service out of Tbilisi
– 100Gel, in Tbilisi-25 Gel.
Please, note that the car should be returned in clean condition. Otherwise
customer would be liable for the damages which would be found after car wash
Confirmation
The Renter confirms that, s/he is familiar with the contents of the contract as a
whole, with insurance policy and insurance contract, which comes with this
contract as an Insurance Instruction and is a part of this contract. The Renter
agrees with the terms and conditions of „AUTO TOUR” LTD and agrees to
fulfill them.
ზოგადი იჯარის პირობები
1. კომპანია ავტო ტურის მძღოლი უნდა იყოს არნაკლებ 21 წლისა და წარმოდგინოს
იდენტურობის დამადასტურებელი საბუთი (პირადობის მოწმობა/პასპორტი) და
მოქმედი მართვის მოწმობა ლათინური ასოებით წარმოდგენილი.
2. მხოლოდ დამქირავებელს ენიჭება უფლება მართოს მანქანა, კორპორატიული
მომხმარებელის შემთხვევაში მხოლოდ იმ პიროვნებას, რომლის სახელზეც
იწარმოება ხელშეკრულება. იმ შემთხვევაში თუ მანქანას მართავს სხვა პიროვნება,
სავალდებულო გახდება დამატებითი საფასურის გადახდა. მანქანის წაყვანისას,
სავალდებულოა წარმოდგენილი იქნას დამატებითი მძღოლის მართვის მოწმობა. თუ
მანქანას მართავს სხვა პიროვნება უფლებამოსილების გარეშე, ავარიის შედეგად
მიყენებული ზარალის მთლიანი ანაზღაურება დაეკისრება დამქირავებელს და
დაზღვევა ზარალს არ აანაზღაურებს.
3. დაქირავებული მანქანით საქართველოს საზღვრის გადაკვეთა აკრძალულია
4. დამქირავებელი ვალდებულია, მის მიერ, მანქანის გამოყენების პერიოდში
მიღებული ვიდეო-პატრული ჯარიმები გადახდილი იყოს მის მიერ, სხვა
შემთხვევაში კომპანია ავტო ტური იტოვებს უფლებას ჯარიმები ანაზღაურებული
იქნას დამქირავებლის დეპოზიტით ჯარიმის საფასურს დამატებული 18% დღგ-ს
ოდენობით.
5. ფასები მოიცავს დღგ-ს.
მხარეთა პასუხისმგებლობა
1. გამქირავებელი ვალდებულია დამქირავებელთან ერთად შეამოწმოს: მანქანის
გამართულობა, ბენზინის ავზის დონე, გარეგანი დაზიანებები, საბურავები,
სათადარიგო საბურავი, მანქანისთვის საჭირო ინსტრუმენტები და სხვა. მოხდეს
ავტომობილის დაზიანებების და ნაკლოვანებების მიღება ჩაბარების აქტზე აღნიშვნა
ან ფოტო მასალით დამოწმება.
2. მანქანა დამქირავებელს გადაეცემა საწვავის სავსე ავზით. შესაბამისად
დამქირავებელი ვალდებულია მანქანა დააბრუნოს სავსე ავზით. წინააღმდეგ
შემთხვევაში დამქირავებელს დაეკისრება ნაკლული საწვავის ღირებულების
ანაზღაურება რომელიც 1 ლიტრზე შეადგენს 5 ლარს.
3.დეპოზიტის დატოვება სავალდებულოა და მისი ოდენობა განისაზღვრება მანქანის
კატეგორიით.
4. მოიჯარემ მანქანა უნდა დააბრუნოს ავტო ტურის ოფისში ან გაქირავების
კონსულტანტთან დროისა და ადგილმდებარეობის წინასწარი შეთანხმებით. სანამ
გაქირავების კონსულტანტი არ ჩაიბარებს და დააათვალიერებს ავტომობილს,
დამქირავებელს ეკისრება პასუხისმგებლობა მანქანის უსაფრთხოებასა და
დაზიანებებზე. მაქანასთან დაკავშირებული ნებისმიერი სარემონტო სამუშაოები,
შეკეთება ან ნაწილის გამოცვლა, დაუშვებელია კომპანია ავტო ტურთან წინასწარი
თანხმობის გარეშე.
5. მანქანასთან ერთად მოწოდებული ყველა აქსესუარი ამ ხელშეკრულების ნაწილად
განიხილება და მოიჯარე ვალდებულია სათანადოდ გაუფრთხილდეს ნივთებს.
6. აქსესუარების დაკარგვის ან დაზიანების შემთხვევაში, მოიჯარე ვალდებულია
აანაზღაუროს ზარალი. დაკარგვის შემთხვევაში მოიჯარეს ეკისრება შემდეგი
ვალდებულება: ავტომობილის გასაღები-500 ლარი, ავტომობილის პასპორტი- 250
ლარი , ნავიგაციის სისტემა-300 ლარი , ბავშვის სავარძელი-180 ლარი
დაზღვევა
კომპანია ავტო ტურის მანქანები დაზღვეულია. დაზღვევა მოიცავს ავტოსაგზაო
შემთხვევისგან გამოწვეულ ზიანის ანაზღაურებას, ქურდობა და მესამე პირის წინაშე
პასუხისმგებლობის დაზღვევას. თუ მძღოლი არ დაიცავს სადაზღვეო მოთხოვნებს
(დარეკოს დაუყონებლივ პოლიციაში N112-ზე და ოფისში, არ გადაადგილოს
ავტომანქანა, პატრული პოლიციის თანამშრომლის ნებართვის გარეშე) იგი
პასუხისმგებელი იქნება მიყენებულ ზარალზე. დაზღვევა ბათილად ჩაითვლება თუ:
-ავტომობილი გამოყენებულ იქნა საშიში ტვირთის გადასაზიდად;
-მძღოლი არ ფლობს საჭირო მართვის მოწმობას სარჩელის აღძვრის მომენტში;
-მძღოლი იმყოფება ალკოჰოლური ან ნარკოტიკული ნივთიერებების ზემოქმედების
ქვეშ;
-მანქანის დაბრუნებისას დაზიანების აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში (ინტერიერის,
საბურავის, სათადარიგო საბურავის, ნივთების დაზიანება და ა.შ) თუ მძოლს არ
შეუსრულებია სადაზღვევო ინსტრუქციის წესები, მძღოლი სრულად აანაზღაურებს
ზარალს.
2. დაზღვევა არ ფარავს საბურავის დაზიანებას, და იმ დაზიანებებს, რომლებიც
მიღებული იქნება უგზოობის პირობებში (სვანეთი, თუშეთი, ხევსურეთი, ყაზბეგის
მიმდებარე ტერიტორიები და სხვა). ასეთ ადგილებში მანქანის გაფუჭების
შემთხვევაში საგზაო დახმარების საფასური იქნება 300 ლარი, მანქანის შეკეთების
საფასური მთლიანად ანაზღაურებული იქნება მომხმარებლის მიერ. დაშვებულ
საბურავზე საჭირო მომსახურების გაწევის ღირებულება თბლისის გარეთ შეადგენს -
100 ლარი, თბილისში - 25 ლარი.
გთხოვთ გაითვალისწინოთ, რომ ავტომობილი დაბრუნებული უნდა იყოს სუფთა
მადგომარეობაში. წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში, დამქირავებელი იღებს
პასუხისმგებლობას გარეცხვის შემდგომ აღმოჩენილ დაზიანებაზე.
დადასტურება
მოიჯარე ადასტურებს, რომ გაეცნო ხელშეკრულების შინაარსს მთლიანად,
დაზღვევის ხელშეკრულებას, რომელიც ინსტრუქციის სახით თან ერთვის
ხელშეკრულებას და წარმოადგენს მის განუყოფელ ნაწილს, სადაზღვეო პოლისის,
და შპს „ავტო ტური„ სპეციალური წესების პირობებს და თანახმაა შეასრულოს
ისინი.
