1. INTRODUCTION

In today's integration trend, English has become an indispensable tool in human


communication and business activities. Not an exception, Vietnam is
increasingly developing and popularizing the English language as an
indispensable requirement. Nowadays, English learners become less popular.
There are several specific reasons that I choose Enspire company to complete the
internship. One of the most fundamental reasons is that Enspire is an educational
force company, also a large-scale, reputable educational company in developing
an English language background for students. The second reason I want to
mention is that Enspire is an internship location that suits my abilities, with the
amount of work that I can ensure I can complete and true to my ability so that it
can help me gain a lot of experience and knowledge from the assigned tasks.
Moreover, my major is the English language, so working as an English teacher
will help me apply the knowledge I have learned in the best way, have the
professional background to serve and develop with the profession.
Last but not least, Enspire has a mechanism to give interns like me the
opportunity to advance to higher positions such as a manager and become full-
time employees of the company.
Internship program in the company:
Teaching preschool English for children from 3 to 5 years old
Participate in training sessions on English teaching skills for preschool children
arranged by the company
Assist in building lesson plans.
Participate in designing visual aids for each week.
Weekly teacher meetings at company headquarters to learn and exchange
teaching experiences.
Target:
Initially, learning the rules and rules of pedagogical practice to avoid violating
the regulations of the company

With the permission of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Hanoi Industrial
University, and the Board of Directors of Enspire English Language Company, I
have the opportunity to learn and research about the company in general. The
content of the report will include the company introduction and the work that I
have done in the last internship. The report will go into depth on the job
description that I have assigned the task, the difficulties in the implementation,
the results of the work as well as the experiences that I have passed the assigned
tasks. Thereby, I also give the same feelings as realized by me through the
performance program only. Thanks to the guidance status of the instructor –
Mrs.Hoang Quynh Duong, especially the Ministry of Instructional Responsibility
at the Center - Deputy Director Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phi Diep, I had the opportunity
to work and write down execution report.
In addition to the introduction and the conclusion, the content of the report
includes 4 chapters:
Chapter 1: Company Introduction
Chapter 2: Content of the internship process at the receiving agency
Chapter 3: Practice translation skills
I would like to present the details of the report below.

1. CHAPTER 1: COMPANY INTRODUCTION

1.1 FIELDS OF OPERATION:
Founded in 2006 under the name of Vietnam Education Technology
Development Company Limited (Vietedutech), after 12 years of development,
Enspire has become one of the pioneers in technology and language teaching
programs. English in Vietnam with outstanding educational products such as
English for children Eduplay and Smartree programs are being deployed in more
than 70 kindergartens and primary schools; Eduplay Garden bilingual
kindergarten system; Enspire English Center System, Foreign Language Course,
Adult Intensive Teaching Training with leading experts in the world. With the
advanced program of a team of experienced Vietnamese and foreign teachers, up
to now, the number of students participating in Enspire's training program has
reached more than 100,000 arrivals from all ages from preschool, elementary
school and working people contributes significantly to improving the level and
quality of English learning in Vietnam. During its operation, Enspire is also

1.2 ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
Human recruitment of the company consists of 8 people, including 6 staff who
graduated from university or higher. For each specific activity, the company has
a team of professional, creative, and enthusiastic staff. Headed by the general
manager directly manages all activities of the company, decides the company's
development strategy, followed by the deputy director, accountant, training
manager, and enrollment.
1.3 MISSION:
To create and provide the society with high quality, complete products for the
development and integration of the country.

2. CHAPTER 2: CONTENT OF THE INTERNSHIP
PROCESS AT THE RECEIVING AGENCY

2.1 DESCRIPTION OF INTERNSHIP POSITION:

STRENGTHS:

homeroom plan have been developed, which is quite specific and quite practical.

4. CONCLUSION

Show the activeness and initiative in individual and group work when doing an
internship at the company. In order to successfully complete the teaching plan, I

culture when doing internships at enterprises. With the full equipment of both
specialized knowledge and many other skills, after graduating from the English

language major, students can quickly integrate into a multicultural working
environment, taking on many public positions: Translators, interpreters; guides,
consultants; English teachers. For each job, it is necessary to clearly define the
career goal, the manner of ensuring seriousness and professionalism, at the same
time strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the practice, well implement the
internship rules, comply with the direction of the company's steering committee.
Identify the requirements of an in-company internship, plan and execute the work
effectively according to the plan. Ensuring the quality of teaching hours through
checking their vocabulary as well as their English reflexes regularly. Perform the
work in accordance with the requirements of the lesson plan that the company's
teachers have set out.
