 Building use: Mixed used high rise building
 Plot size: 4 kanal
 No. of basements: 5
 No. of floors: 19 floors
 Type of foundation: raft foundation 7’ thickness
 Type of structure: R.C.C column beam structure with 4.5 inches thick partition wall.
 Flooring thickness 2.5"with concrete ratio: 1:2:4
 Internal plaster: 1:4 thickness 12mm
 External plaster: 1:3 12mm thick
 Retaining wall, Column, beam, footing ratios: 1:1.5:3
 Column size: basement to 2nd floor is 3'x4'and 3rd to onward is 3'×3'
 All soil and waste pipes were of UPVC
 All cold and hot water pipes were of polypropylene
 Minimum size of hot and cold water pipe 25mm
 Dia of soil and waste pipe is from 3” to 4” dia.
 UPVC pipe size is 3 inches to 9 inches in dia
 1.5" and 1" steel bars in raft footing.
 Thickness of slab is 8”
 size of beams were 2'×3' and 1'x9"
 4 lift containing shear wall 12" thick,
 12" thick retaining walls.
 Clear height: 8' basement clear space. 10.5’ others floors clear space.
 6’ width of stair with 12"tread, 6 inches riser.
 Emergency stairs at back with winders U turn type.
 2 stairs at mid with 25 steps with full space landing, head room height 7', waist 5
inches with 4/8" bars.
 Basements used for parking with Ramp width:30' spiral parabolic ramp type
bifurcated with 7% gradient
 2 water tank at basement 20k gallons
 Steel plates used as form work.
 Folding Steel piping of 2 inches used as scaffolding.
 Stuttering used: grating steel.
 Parapet at 2nd floor was monolithic to slab.
 Splitting HVAC system. Piping system was used as plumbing, electrical and fire
fighting
