Dear Hon. Caminero,

Good day!

Thank you for your assistance and support to our on-going project, “Vulnerability Assessment of
Coastal Areas in Davao Gulf to Climate-related Hazards”¸ on its previous activities.

As part of science-based and dynamic assessments of biodiversity and coastal areas of Davao Gulf,
our research team would like to visit your offices on 08-09 October 2020 to request copies of
various data with consideration on physical, biological, and socio-economic factors. These data
are vulnerability assessment parameters that were discussed and agreed together with other local
government units during our project consultation last 03-04 October 2019 at Davao Eagle Ridge
Resort, Upper Ulas, Davao City. Our research team will be composed of For. Brian L. Pototan and
Mr. Christian Yancy A. Yurong.
