Leader: Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
People: Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Leader: Know that the Lord is God.
People: It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Leader: Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
People: For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Opening Hymn: Praise Ye the Lord, the Almighty

Praise ye the Lord, the Almighty, the King of creation!
O my soul, praise Him, for He is thy health and salvation!
All ye who hear, Now to His temple draw near;
Join me in glad adoration!

Praise ye the Lord, who o’er all things so wondrously reigneth,

Shelters thee under His wings, yea, so gently sustaineth!
Hast thou not seen How thy desires e’er have been
Granted in what He ordaineth?

Praise ye the Lord! O let all that is in me adore Him!

All that hath life and breath, come now with praises before Him!
Let the amen Sound from His people again:
Gladly for aye we adore Him.

Unison and Silent Prayers of Confession Call to Confession: Matthew 11:28-30

Heavenly Father, you have loved us with an everlasting love, but we have gone our own way
and broken your laws. We are sorry for our sins and turn away from them. For the sake of
your Son who died for us, forgive us, cleanse us and change us. By your Holy Spirit, enable us
to live for you, and to please you more and more through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Affirmation of Grace: Ephesians 2:4-5

Response: Just as I Am, Without One Plea | vs. 4

Just as I am, Your love unknown
Has broken every barrier down;
Now, to be Yours, yes, Yours alone,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Hymn: The Lord’s My Shepherd, I'll Not Want | vs. 1, 3, 5
The Lord’s my Shepherd, I’ll not want; He makes me down to lie
In pastures green; He leadeth me The quiet waters by.

Yea, though I walk in death’s dark vale, Yet will I fear none ill;
For Thou art with me; and Thy rod And staff me comfort still.

Goodness and mercy all my life Shall surely follow me;

And in God’s house forevermore My dwelling place shall be.

Closing Hymn: Great is Thy Faithfulness
Great Is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father!
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Though changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.

Refrain:
Great Is Thy faithfulness,
Great Is Thy faithfulness,
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided
Great is Thy Faithfulness, Lord unto me!

Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,

Sun, moon, and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy, and love.
Refrain

Pardon for Sin and a peace that endureth,

Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide,
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!
Refrain
