DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PENCERNAAN DEMAM TYPOID

RUANG KEMUNING RSD GUNUNG JATI

CIREBON TAHUN 2020

ABSTRACT

Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease usually found in the gastrointestinal tract with symptoms

of fever. The title of this scientific paper is nursing care for your client. A with digestive system

disorders of typoid fever in Kemuning Room RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon. Typoid fever case data in the

Kemuning Room in Gunung Jati Cirebon child care room was ranked 7th out of 10 in the Medical

Diagnosis of Pediatric Patients in Kemuning Room 2020. This case study aims to gain real experience

and carry out direct and comprehensive nursing care covering bio-aspects psycho-social and spiritual

approach with a special approach in patients with typoid fever.

The writing method used is a descriptive method in the form of case studies of patients An. A

Kemuning Room RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon. The problems found, namely hyperthermia associated

with the inflammatory process / infection of salmonella thypi, the risk of lack of fluid volume

associated with increased body metabollism, nutritional disorders less than the body's needs

associated with anorexia. As for the evaluation obtained on An.A Hypertermia associated with the

process of inflammation / infection of Salmonella thypi problem is resolved, the risk of lack of fluid

volume is associated with an increase in body metabollism. The problem has not been resolved.

ABSTRAK

Demam typhoid adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang biasanya terdapa pada saluran cerna
dengan gejala demam. Judul karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah asuhan keperawatan pada klien An.
A dengan gangguan sistem pencernaan demam typoid di Ruang Kemuning RSD Gunung Jati
Cirebon. Data kasus demam typoid di Ruang Kemuning perawatan anak RSD Gunung Jati
Cirebon menduduki urutan ke 7 dari 10 besar Diagnosa Medis Pasien Anak di Ruang
Kemuning 2020. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengalaman secara nyata dan
melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan secara langsung dan komprhenesif meliputi aspek bio-
psiko-sosial dan spiritual dengan pendekatan khusus pada pasien demam typoid.

Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang berbentuk studi kasus
terhadap pasien An. A Ruang Kemuning RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon. Adapun permasalahan
yang ditemukan, yaitu Hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses inflamasi/infeksi salmonella
thypi, Risiko kurangnya volume cairan berhubungan dengan peningkatan metabollisme
tubuh, Gangguan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh berhubungan dengan anoreksia.
Adapun evaluasi yang didapat pada An.A Hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses
inflamasi/infeksi salmonella thypi masalah teratasi, Risiko kurangnya volume cairan
berhubungan dengan peningkatan metabollisme tubuh masalah belum teratasi, Gangguan
nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh berhubungan dengan anoreksia masalah teratasi.
