BSBA- Section A
Remaining work for the Plantation Activity:

Students who haven't participated in this activity yet are encouraged to do it.

1. Two Gardening Showers (Max capacity to water max plants in time)

2. Flowers for the slope area (not seasonal or can bear direct sunlight)
3. Russian Grass for slope uncovered area
4. Clean the area near the slope side and plain it with wet soil.
5. The circle made with stones on slope area is not accurately in the centre, make sure to
change it.
6. White-paint for the big stones supporting the slope from behind.
7. Arrangement of Bricks around the plants for their protection (Must White-paint those
bricks)
8. Board for credits

Important Note: *Plz write all necessary details on the board in formal writings*. Do consider
already written boards as example.

Please do all necessary measures to beautify the slope area taking into consideration the
maintenance of flowers and grass in the future.

Recommendations:
● Can contact the sponsors for arrangement of required things.
● Application for Russian Grass is in process. Take update from the Incharge of
Horticultural Cell, Tahir Bashir.
● Can arrange a water pipe of at least 200ft for watering the plants as it's easy for the
gardener.
● Can visit the QAU Central Workshop and write an application in which you ask for
providing you a written board with all necessary details mentioned.
● Can ask QAU Nursery for arrangement of Bricks around the plants.
