EXTRA-JUDICIAL ADJUDICATION OF PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this EXTRAJUDICIAL ADJUDICATION is made and entered into by and

between: LEONY MANUEL-SERNA, JENNYVIEVE M. SERNA, JOSEPHINE M. SERNA,
JAYWARD M. SERNA, JULIUS CEASAR M. SERNA, JR. & JUDY ANN M. SERNA, all
Filipinos, of legal age and residents of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, do hereby;

DECLARE and MAKE MANIFEST

That they are the surviving heirs of late JULIUS CESAR SAURA-SERNA, SR. who died
intestate on January 13, 2008 at Kiamba, Saranagani, they, being his surviving wife and children;

That at the time of his death, the deceased left real property, which is more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land designated as lot no. 535 & 539 (Pls.671), situated at Barangay
Tamadang, Kiamba, Sarangani, Mindanao, Philippines, containing an area of SIXTY
ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (61,200) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
registered in his name”

That no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Adjudication:

That to the best of their knowledge and information their late husband and or father left
no debts;

That they, being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract, except Judy Ann
M. Serna who is still a minor but represented by her mother, hereby agree to divide and
adjudicate the aforementioned real property among themselves in equal and proportionate shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the
provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, they, as wife and children of late JULIUS
CESAR SAURA-SERNA, SR., now being the heirs, hereby adjudicate unto themselves the
above-mentioned parcel of land in equal and proportionate shares.
