ESTRELLA, all of legal age, Filipino, and a residents of Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan do hereby
Waive, Transfer and Assign our rights, claims interest and shares, to a certain Parcel of Land located at
Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan with TCT No. T-406359 and describe as follows:

Prov. of Bulacan. Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., pts. 7 to 1 by Lot 8, on the N., pts. 1 to 3 by lot
9, on the E., pts. 3 to 5 by lot 6, all of the cons-subd.plan on the S., pts. 5-6 by lot 2648, and on the SW.,
pts. 6 to 7 by lot 2658, both of Sta. Maria de Pandi Est. Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan being S.24
deg. 48’W., 21.04 m. from mon. 31, Sta. Maria de Pandi Est., thence S. 87 deg. 52’E., 11.59 m. to pt. 2;
N. 89 deg. 2. 16 m. to pt. 3; S. 6 deg. 40’W., 1.98 m. to pt. 4; S. 4 deg. 54’W., 19.71 m. to pt.
