AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

(As regards non-overlapping of land)

I, DIMAILIG, of legal age, Filipino and residing at Calaca

Batangas, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one of the owners of Lot 11597 of PLS-04-000046,

with an area of ________________________________
square meters situated at Barangay Sinisian, Calaca,
Batangas;

2. Besides or adjoining our land, is Lot 11653 that has an

area of four thousand seven hundred fifty one-square
meters (4,751) square meters, likewise situated in the
same Barangay;

3. Our Lot (Lot 11597) is particularly situated on the East of

Lot 11653. Simply put, we are the adjoining owners on the
East side of the said lot;

4. Our lot and lot 11653 do not overlap with each other
despite the fact that sizable portion of Lot 11653 is
adjoining our land;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set our hands this
