MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

is made on 9th of December 2020

between

ARSENIO SANTOS MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (ASMES)

and
BARANGAY COUNCIL OF GATBUCA

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between ARSENIO SANTOS MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY

SCHOOL (ASMES), represented by its principal, Mrs. NIÑA R. SUMALAVE and the BARANGAY
COUNCIL OF GATBUCA, represented by its Chairman woman, AGNES A. PANGAN, recognizes the
importance of at fosters mutual understanding, shared responsibilities and a commitment to working together
for the improvement of student learning and school improvement planning,

WHEREAS:

1. This agreement recognizes the importance of developing a harmonious relationship between school
and community to achieve its Vision, Mission and Goals;
2. That the school officials cannot do it alone, thus external support is needed;
3. The Barangay Council will work cooperatively and extend whatever support that they can to help
formulate, implement, review and improve the school's programs and projects as stipulated in the
SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN and ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN;
4. That the support of the Barangay Council is voluntary and no numerical and qualitative remuneration
will be given to them; and
5. That all programs and projects to be implemented by the Barangay Council shall be upon the approval
of ASMES;

PARTIES' MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 Work cooperatively to ensure appropriate and efficient communication in support of the objectives of
this agreement;

 Ensure consistent attendance by the School and Barangay Council representatives at all meetings and
functions related to accomplishing the objectives of this agreement;

 Regularly share information about students' successes and barriers to success with the intent to improve
programs, and

 Work jointly to create and develop programs for the development of the pupils.

ASMES, represented by its Chairman woman, MARITES ATIENZA, recognizes the importance of at fosters
mutual understanding, shared responsibilities and a commitment to working together for the improvement of
student learning and school improvement planning,

WHEREAS:

SCHOOL (ASMES), represented by its principal, Mrs. NIÑA R. SUMALABE and the SUPREME PUPIL
GOVERNMENT (SPG) OF ASMES, represented by the School SPG Adviser, Mrs. RUTH Y. RAMOS, SPG
President, ARIANNAH TANALLON recognizes the importance of at fosters mutual understanding, shared
responsibilities and a commitment to working together for the improvement of student learning and school
improvement planning,

WHEREAS:
