 1- Introduction:

It is known that there is a great development in the structural and architectural design in
Saudi Arabia to match the vision of the country in 2030 and this appears in reality and we
seek it in our daily lives
In this report, we present to you an overview of the distinguished project in the Unayzah
.Governorate, which is an administrative tower consisting of 14 floors

Within the meetings of the Unaizah Municipal Council, it was agreed to establish a tower
.that includes many of its departments
The foundation stone was laid by His Highness the Prince of Qassim laying the foundation
stone on Dhu al-Qa’dah 15, 1441

.The tower consists of: 14 floors; 2 basements and 11 administrative floors
