Emergency situtation : Electric power of company suddenly shutdown at 8:30 am of 21 Sep 2017, All MC and equipment stop,
Action:
1. Mr Thanh (FO) go to Power station to check but all equipment in Power station is OK, he contact with Power supplier (NHIZ ) and
they feed back their main circuit breaker is problem and then they also try to back up Power by IPP but cannot, It take about four days
for repair this. He inform this status to all HOD of Department.
2. Mrs Hue ( Plan) check stock of TPVN and detect Gear Idler CRG(CN0052) and Coupler Gear (CN0117) of Canon shortage for
Delivery on 28 Sep 2017. She inform this status to BO.
3. Mrs Thuy (BO) contact with Cannon to discuss about this status and suggest them delay delivery date to 29 Sep 2017 but they said
that cannot delay, if delay then their production line is stop. Mrs Thuy inform this status to FO to get temporary Power source for MC
No 24 and MC No 7.
4. Mr Thanh contact supplier ( Tuan Khang company) to rent generator for supply temporary power for MC No 24 and MC No 7.
5. Mrs Hue inform to Ms Chi( HR ) , Ms Ha, Thuan (Molding), Ms Hoa (QC), Mr Hieu (Tooling) to arrange manpower for running these
MC. Other employee will stay at home four day with 70% Salary.

Action:
1. Mr Thanh (FO) hear fire alarm bell ring and then go to general office to confirm fire possition, It is 8 Zone at Molding I area in 1st Factory.
He go to there immediately saw MC 22 happening fire due to Mr Thang use flame to cleaning screw, flame is catching to conveyor and all
product near it. He called all employee ( Ms Nhung, Mr Thuan, Mr Dung, Ms Diep near there using extinguisher fighting fire). Mr Toan, Mr
Dong, Ms Chi , Mr Hai moving surround product to prevent bigger damage. After one hour , flame was stop but three MC 22 and product near
it was broken. Due to fighting fire timely ,After to cleaning Mold was not problem.
2. Mrs Hue ( Plan) check stock of TPVN and detect (PN001) of Pioneer shortage for Delivery on 17 Oct 2017. She inform this status to BO.
3. Mrs Thuy (BO) contact with Pioneer to discuss about this status and suggest them delay delivery date to 27 Oct 2017 but they said that
cannot delay, if delay then their production line is stop. Mrs Thuy inform this status to FO, Molding and Plan to transfer Mold to other MC
4. After study Plan check production schedule and request Mr Thuan (Molding) transfer Mold to MC 23
5. Mrs Hue inform to Ms Chi( HR ) , Ms Ha, Thuan (Molding), Ms Hoa (QC), Mr Hieu (Tooling) to arrange manpower for running these MC.

Action:
1. Mr Thanh (FO) receive from Mr Thuan (Molding) MC 40 cannot run, he come to check and detect Power Module fault, cannot repair need to
replace it, he check spare part in stock but no have, supplier said that need 3 week to send this spare part from Japan.
2. Mrs Hue ( Plan) check stock of TPVN and detect (CN114) of Canon shortage for Delivery on 16 Nov 2017. She inform this status to BO.
3. Mrs Thuy (BO) contact with Canon to discuss about this status and suggest them delay delivery date to 24 Nov 2017 but they said that cannot
delay, if delay then their production line is stop. Mrs Thuy inform this status to FO, Molding and Plan.
5. Mrs Hue inform to Ms Chi( HR ) , Ms Ha, Thuan (Molding), Ms Hoa (QC), Mr Hieu (Tooling) to arrange manpower for running this MC.

1. Some route be flooding and heavy rain still continue, Ms Chi (HR) call to Ms Ha (Molding) and Ms Hao( Assy) to determine how many
operator cannot come to company on time. Ms Ha & Ms Hao inform that, 20 person cannot come to company and News inform that by next
2 days heavy rain still continue some route on bad status. She inform this status to all HOD of Department.
2. Mrs Hue ( Plan) check stock of TPVN and detect to assy part AFX066 and AFX067 of Fuji Xerox Hai Phong shortage for Delivery on 20
Dec 2017. She inform this status to BO.
3. Mrs Thuy (BO) contact with Fuji Xerox Hai Phong to discuss about this status and suggest them delay delivery date to 22 Dec 2017 but
they said that cannot delay, if delay then their production line is stop. Mrs Thuy inform this status to Ms Hue (Planing), Ms Hao (Assy), Ms
Chi (HR) arrangement company car for pick up operator at their home by other route on morning 16-Dec and overtime on 17-Dec.

supplier - Nagase cannot delivery schedule due to their staff forget to update PO for maker. Nagase take support urgent from Maker

1. Ms Loan (BO) receiving from Forwarder that now terminal at Hai Phong port was broken and 5 days later It will be finish repair all vessel have to
delay 3 days. It was affected to import and export cargoes . She inform this status to all HOD of Department.
2. Mrs Hue (Plan) check stock of TPVN, import cargoes are not affected, BO check have one shipment include 10 items ETD Hai Phong port on 08
Dec 2106, It lead to cargoes cannot ETA Tokyo port on 22 Dec 2017

delay, if delay then their production line is stop. Mrs Thuy inform this status to Ms Loan (BO) for use by air

5. Customer agreed for delay 8 items. Other 2 items PD13 Impeller assy and NPD20 Innercase lower assy can not delay. TPVN separate by 2

Emergency situation: Virus attack and encript all data in File server
(8:30am 16-Apr-18)
Problem: All PC can not open any office file in File Server, company working was interupted
Cause: Mr. Cuong PC (ACC01) opened attached file from strange e-mail, virus from this e-mail spread into file server
New malware, Anti-virus software have not updated yet, so can not realize and remove.
Action:
* IT: 8:45am - 12pm, 16-Apr-18
St Quarantine ACC01 PC by disconecting to TPVN network
St Update lastest antivirus database, then start full scan all objects in TPVN network and ACC01 PC to make sure there are no virus
