I. Pictorial Report

Children hurriedly hid under the table when After the bell stopped ringing, the children went out
the bell rang. to their respective classrooms went to a safer place.

Teachers having a roll call to check if their pupils are intact.

II. a. Narrative Report:

In response to the call for earthquake drill in preparation for risk reduction ad to e prepared
for the disaster Lower Langcangan Elementary School held the shake drill at 2 PM on September
27, 2017.
The same exercise “duck, cover and hold” were done in the classrooms after the long bell
and another long bell, the pupils went out from their rooms and gathered together in the open area,
front of the stage where teachers checked the pupils whether they went with the group, was
evident, as pictures showed.
After the presumption of no more aftershocks, pupils went back to their classrooms and
resumed their classes.

b. Suggestion for Improvement:

To have DRMM representative during the drill to check if it is properly executed.
