I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, with varied activities, the pupil should be able to:

MELC: Sort and classify objects according to one attribute/property (shape, color, size, function/use)

Trace, copy, and write different strokes: scribbling (free hand), straight lines, slanting lines,
combination of straight and slanting lines, curves, combination of straight and curved and zigzag.

⚫ To identify primary colors.


⚫ To recognize objects that have this primary colors.
⚫ To improve eye-hand coordination.
⚫ To hold pencil correctly

II. Lesson Proper

TOPIC 1: Primary Colors


What are Colors?

⚫ Colors are made by God. In the beginning there were no colors. It was just dark and
God said it is not good so He created each and everything around us. He even
added color for each one. He created everything and He uses colors to make it
look beautiful.

⚫ Colors can be seen everywhere, outside or inside an object, person, place and
animals. It helps us be able to recognize the differences of each one. Can you
imagine how it would look like if we are all color white? What do you think?

God made the light by commanding light to appear


through His mouth. We are now able to see
colors because of light.
One color God made is the red color.

⚫ A primary color is a color that cannot be made from a
combination of any other colors.
