P = 219 kN
M = 570 kN.m
V = 284 kN
Note - The BM & SF at section X-X are resisted by the shear key.
The stresses developed on the joint are presented below.
V = 284 kN
M = 570 + 0.5 X 284 = 641 kN.m

Max shear strength for M35 concrete with 3% reinforcement is 0.99 N/mm2
The required shear resistance is too high & can not be provided using additional
reinforcement
1 Forces at section X-X at 6m from top
P = 219 kN
M = 570 kN.m
V = 284 kN
For preliminary calculations, the cable is placed at a dist (b/6) from the center of the section.
Doing this, there won't be any tensile(uplift) stress on the opposite side. This cable location gives
maximum force. The cable eccentricity can be further increased by providing additional cable on
the other side.
P = M e = B

Considering cable spaced at 200 mm c/c, number of cables per running meter is 6
Required Shear resistance can be easily achived with the available prestressing force
4 Alternative option with joints at heel & toe slab
