COME NOW, the undersigned registered owners, and before this

Honorable Office, respectfully alleges:

1.) That they are the registered owners of that parcel of land situated at
Mercedes, Zamboanga City, which is more particularly described as follows:
"A parcel of land (Lot 340-A-7) of the subdivision plan Psd-
09-008817, being a portion of lot 340-A, (LRC) Psd-207484, LRC
Cad. Rec. No. 8571, situated in the Barrio of Mercedes, City of
Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of FIVE
HUNDRED SEVEN (507) SQUARE METERS, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T – 146,437 of the Registry of
Deeds for Zamboanga City”.
2.) That the owner’s duplicate of the above-mentioned Transfer Certificate
of Title was lost sometime on June 17, 2001 and despite diligent effort exerted,
the same cannot be found todate;

3.) That this Notice is being given pursuant to the provisions of Section 109
of P.D. No. 1529 as a precautionary measure and warning to any person who
might have transactions with the above-mentioned real property without the
consent of the undersigned.

NOTICE OF LOSS

COMES NOW, the registered owner, through and by the undersigned

notary public, and before this Honorable Office, respectfully alleges:

1.) That he is a notary public in and for Zamboanga City, his notarial
commission to expire on December 31, 2004;

2.) That on 6th February, 2003, he notarized a Deed of Absolute Sale

executed by one Walderico b. Fernando in favor of spouses Serafin Romano and
Henrita Romano involving a parcel of land more particularly describe as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 3009-E) of the subdivision plan, PSD-

09-044033, being a portion of Lot 3009, Cad. 124, Zamboanga
Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of Dulian, City of Zamboanga,
Island of Mindanao, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT (4,278) SQUARE METERS, and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T – 161,539 of the
Registry of deeds for the City of Zamboanga.”

which Deed of Sale is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

3.) That the owner’s duplicate of the above-mentioned Transfer Certificate

of Title was entrusted to him for the transfer of title to vendee’s name;

4.) That yesterday, February 9, 2003, his bag containing the said original
copy of the owner’s duplicate of title was inadvertently left by his wife in a tricycle
she boarded from Southcom Village, Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City to their
residence at No. 122, Km. 4, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City;

5.) That the loss of said owner’s duplicate of title was immediately reported
to the police authorities;

6.) That this Notice is being given in behalf of vendees Serafin Romano and
Henrita Romano pursuant to the provisions of Section 109 of the P.D. No. 1529
as a precautionary measure and warning to any person who might have
transactions with the above-mentioned real property.

was lost sometime since December 1999 and despite diligent effort exerted, the same
cannot be found todate;

3.) That this Notice is being given pursuant to the provisions of Section 109 of
P.D. No. 1529 as a precautionary measure and warning to any person who might have
transactions with the above-mentioned real property without the consent of the
undersigned, and her co-heirs.
