AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION
OF LIEN IMPOSED UNDER SEC. 4, RULE 74
OF THE RULES OF COURT:

I, VIRGINIA C. MAY, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
say: That-

1. I am one of the co-owners of a parcel of land known as Lot 293-B, PSD-10-

003915, containing an area of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
NINE (5,909) Sq.m., more or less, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 135-2016000024 registered in name of LEODINIZA
LIZON-COLANGO in the Registry of Deeds of Misamis Occidental , acquired by me
through sale.

2. The above-mentioned Certificate of Title contains inscription subjecting

the same to Two-year lien on the liabilities imposed under Sec. 4, Rule 74
of the Rules of Court;

3. The said two-year period lien elapsed without any claim having filed in
connection therewith whatsoever and therefore, it may be properly
cancelled forthwith;

4. This affidavit is executed precisely to request such cancellation and

non-entry of such inscription in the issuance of Transfer Certificates of
Title in favor of the affiants.
