7. Each crew member engaged in the cargo transfer operations shall familiarize himself with the
line diagram of the vessel’s piping, valves, etc.

1. Duty officers shall supervise all cargo transfer operations and shall have sufficient knowledge
to give necessary orders to other persons, so as to uphold safety and prevent from accidents,
i.e. oil spill, fire and similar hazards.
Vardiya zabitleri tüm kargo operasyonunu denetler, kişisel emniyet hataları, kaza, sızıntı, yangın ve benzeri durumların önlenmesinde

Tüm zaman ve olayların kayıtlarını tutmak
Checking all drains plugs and cargo valves, before transfer operations.
Transfer operasyonundan önce tapa ve valflerin kontrolünü yapmak
Assisting chief officer during ullaging
Ullage alımında 2. kaptana yardım etmek
Assisting chief officer during cargo calculations.
Hesaplamada 2. kaptana yardım etmek
Tending mooring lines.
Halatlarla ilgilenmek
Tending visitor safety
Ziyaretçilerin emniyeti ile ilgilenmek
Check loading / discharging rate and cargo quantity

Mooring shall be sufficient strong to hold the vessel in all expected conditions of surge, current and weather,
and be sufficient long to allow adjustment for changes in draft, drift and tide during the transfer operation.
Geminin tüm hava koşullarına drençli olması, operasyon esnasında iyi elleçlenmesi için halatlar yeterli kuvvette ve yeterli
uzunlukta olmalı
Mooring lines shall be suspended with the proper tension, at any time.
Halatlar operasyonun her anında doğru gerginlikte olmalı.
When other vessels are passing the ship, moorıng lines shall be watched carefully.
Diğer gemiler geçerken halatlar dikkatlcei izlenmelidir
In case that the transfer hoses are connected by the chiksan arm, movements of the shİp ın directions fore
and aft shall be watched for in particular.
Manifold bağlantısının bağlantı koluna yapıldığı durumlarda geminin ileri geri hareketkleri ayrıca izlenmeli.
If emergency shutdown is required by shore during discharge operation, every person whose in charge at
the moment (officer’s and/or crew) shall not hesitate to stop the operating pumps via usig emergency stop
buttons which are located in cargo office, near manifold areas and engine control room.
Sahil tarafından acil durdurma talimatı gelirse hiç bir personel acil durdurma butonlarını kullanarak pompaları stop etmekten imtina
etmeyecektir.
If somebody realize a leakage, an overpressure on lines, excessive listing, unexpected movement of the
vessel and if somebody feel probably forthcoming dangers do not hasitate to stop the operating pumps via
usig emergency stop buttons which are located in cargo office, near manifold areas and engine control
room.
Herhangi biri sızıntı, devrelerde yüksek basınç, aşırı yatma, geminin beklenmeyen hareketini farkederse yada gelecek herhangi bir
tehlikeyi hissederse acil durum butonlarını kullanarak pompaları durdurmaktan imtina etmeyecektir.
When it is required to stop the flow of oil in emergency during cargo loadıng operation, immediately any
person on board shall inform the cargo control room of the incident, and chief officer shall inform the
terminal of the incident, in accordance with the regular communication method discussed with them in
advance, and shall request them to stop the flow of cargo on terminal. No person on board shall shutdown
any shıp’s valves without permission of the terminal.
Yükleme operasyonunda acil durdurma gerektiğinde, güvertede görevli herhangi bir kişi hemen cargo control odasına haber verecek. 2.
kaptan sahile olay hakkında bilgi verdikten sonra doğru haberleşme metodu kulanıp sahilden yük akışını durdurmasını isteyecektir.
Gemide kimse yükleme esnasında gemi valflerini 2. kaptan izni olmadan kapatmayacaktır.
