SUB: SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION FOR GUNITING AND SOIL NAILING WORKS.

Thank you for inviting us to quote for the job. Our quote is based on the information
provided to us.

We are pleased to quote as per enclosed BOQ. Our quoted unit rates are EXCLUDING ALL APPLICABLE
TAXES.
Our Lump sum quote is subjected to following terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

i . Client / Main contractor to provide the following to us at no cost

ii. Storage facility for our equipment and accessories.

iii. Provide the necessary dry and solid platform, wherever necessary, for the operators to stand and operate
the equipment and continuous dewatering, if required.

iv. Provide sufficient lighting for night works

v. Detection & diversion of services if any.

vi. All required electrical and water.

vii. Shifting of the equipment, if required.

viii. All excavation and survey works.

ix. Removal and shifting the excavated soil/Loose material in the site as per the requirements.

x. Accommodation for our working labors and supervisors up to completion of site work.

xi. No Objection from neighbors &beside building owners

If our machinery and personnel are stand by due to non-availability of work front or any
other reason, stand by charges of Rs. 20,000 per day to be paid to us. Payment shall be based on
actual quantity installed at site.

PAYMENT TERMS :-

a. 40% of the contract sum as mobilization advance to be paid along with confirmation.
b. Payment for the work done shall be made within TWO (2) days from the date of claim.
c. The unit rate quoted does not include any state or central taxes applicable.

This quotation is valid for the above project and for 10 days from the date of this
quote. Mobilization of the equipment, manpower and machinery will be done within 3
days from your confirmed order and receipt of advance amount.
