FINDINGS:

A. The equipment were found fully paint. Painting was noted still intact and in
satisfactory condition.
A B. Mostly of the foundation and fire proofing concrete was found with hair line
crack as per previous report.

C. The earthing lugs were found still intact and in satisfactory condition.

A. Associated parts of attachment was found still intact and in satisfactory

B to D. Paintwork deteriorated (peel-off) with presence surface corrosion were

found at entire of fasteners (M1, M2, N1, N2, N3, N4, CN1,CN2, CN3, CN4,
CN6, CN7 & CN8) and crevice corrosion in between the contact point of
flanges nozzle.
