of our Realme units sold with a reported defect by our customer.

Our customer Jane Sanchez purchased Realme C2 with the IMEI # of

860722046651574 on March 28, 2021. Upon opening the box and trying the
unit, it was functional. However, two days later, on March 30, 2021, she
returned to our store and complained that her phone was lagging and
inconsistently not responsive to touch. She also reported that she must have
thrown away her warranty card along with the manual because she only
wanted to keep the box and receipt.

860722045187331 on February 18, 2021. Three weeks later, on March 11,
2021, she returned it due to a program defect. She reported that it was
functional for a couple of days but eventually started lagging and is
inconsistently not responsive to touch. Her warranty card is misplaced, and
her son removed the back sticker of her phone. To verify her IMEI #, we
dialed *#06# on her phone.
