Note for before :


- The Ball founded Steam cut on one surface.
- Body valve Pneumatic Valve Turbine HP is solid (one pieces), unrepairable.
- Ball damaged because of steam cut cannot meet the minimum critical
dimension established even by lapping.
- Need also to check the seat condition (by dismantle the body). Fact found was
after pressure test with other side of ball Pic.4, the valve could not retain
pressure, and it’s seemed also damage on the surface of seat.

Recommendation Note :
- For temporary solution, the body Pneumatic Valve Turbine HP need to
dismantle, to check the real condition on seat, internal body and retainer.
- Fabrication on Trim ( Seat, retainer, ball)
- Because no data concerning Material of Construction of trim for temporary
repair, and for this temporary repair or replacement of trim part based on
process condition (working temperature, working pressure/differential
pressure, cycling operation) we propose material for trim part (seat, ball) 13Cr
with HF Stellite. 13Cr material i.e. 410SS, 420SS
