research to ensure marketability. This gives you an opportunity to improve your

decide to mass produce a product or create a new product, always prepare your
plan.

 Planning is the management function of determining in advance what
could be accomplish and how the goals are to be accomplished and attained.
There are certain steps to follow in making a plan for mass production or
creating a new product. They are the following:
1. Estimating the number of products to be produced.
Determined the number of products you intend to sell and the
number of products you intend to stock to accommodate
unexpected demands.
2. Identifying the machines and equipment and the way to use them.

operation.
