In the last two weeks, I have prepared the necessities to be taken to Taiwan for college

purposes, such as clothes, by shopping in person at a popular retail store in my city. Besides
that, I also ordered a lot of equipments in the online marketplace, namely Zalora and
Tokopedia. My consideration more often to look at the store in person is that we can access
and see the product directly, so there is no need to worry about the product's authenticity and
quality. Besides, for products such as clothes, we can make them suitable and fit. There was an
impressive experience during my direct evaluation at several retail stores in Malang that I still
remember today, as well as to answer questions from the experience evaluation assignment,
including:

A1: I think the product arrangement is fundamental to attract the attention of potential
customers. I was interested in one of the department stores I visited called "Raya" in the big
market area of Malang City. The shop owner arranges his selling products by grouping them
according to the type of goods. Thus, prospective buyers will quickly find the desired goods
without having to ask sales first. Also, in my shopping experience through the online
marketplace, I love how Zalora displays its products. I take the example of clothing products.
For at least 1 product, they show four photos used by a model. I get a visual of what this outfit
will look like when I wear it from the picture. Besides, in the product description, there are
product details with details such as color, collar, type of stitching, the material used, the height
of the model, and the size of the model's clothes. Besides, there is also a size chart and how to
care for these clothes.

A2: The smell of the room that still impresses me is the aroma of Arabic perfume in the fashion
shop "Altara." This aroma is very distinctive and soft, so I feel comfortable when choosing the
clothes to buy. Even the fragrance of the room's perfume still felt when I got home.

A3: Almost coffee shops and convenience stores in Malang play the song called "Dangdut."
Dangdut is a music genre that is very popular in Indonesia. This music genre originates from
Indonesia and is unique with its instruments and vocals. Once you hear a Dangdut song, you
can be sure that your body will rock by itself. When I gathered with my friends for a farewell
event before I left for Taiwan at a coffee shop in Malang, the coffee shop owner played a
Dangdut song that is currently popular. I unconsciously joined in singing and slightly shook
my hand. I think this song contributes to building a happy atmosphere for every customer
present at the venue.

A4: Before I left for Taiwan, I bought Levi's 512 Slim Tapper Cool Honor Roll jeans on my
brother's recommendation. My consideration for buying these pants is the texture, which makes
them very comfortable to wear. These pants are made from 75% cotton, 23% Polyester, and
2% Elastane. I feel that at a price that can be high, these pants are worth buying. The texture
of the pants is one of the best for me until now.
