NARRATIVE REPORT ON COORDINATORSHIPS

When the World Health Organization declared the Coronavirus disease on the
month of March, 2020 as a global pandemic. The health crisis has affected the ways
of our lives. The simple processes have become complex and it became more
difficult. The education system in the country, the Philippines, is not excuse from the
alterations brought by the Coronavirus disease. With the goal of the Department of
Education in order for children to still continue their education despite of the
pandemic, the department has created BELCP or Bureau of Education Learning
Continuity Plan which aim to help students still learn and continue their education
despite the challenges brought by the virus.

Before the opening of classes of the school year 2020-2021, we’ve conducted
the LESF Surveys to the learners that will be enrolled to our school, to the new
normal education. Being the ICT Coordinator of our school, I consolidated the data
gathered by the advisers of what the learners was chosen learning modality. I also
made an online LESF survey and then I posted it to the FB page of our school during
the conduct of enrolment. And being the LIS/EBEIS Coordinator, after conducting the
surveys, I enrolled the learners in every grade in the LIS Website and updated the
number of learners enrolled in the Division BEIS. The division also required the ICT
Coordinators to submit the data of modules printed in every subjects and grade
levels, so every week, starting on third week of September until closing, I am
consolidating the data of printed modules of every teacher in our school then submit
it the division via Google Docs. There are also other school surveys, to be
accomplished by School ICT Coordinator, conducted by the division like Gadgets of
Learners Summary, Modality per Learner Summary, Inventory of Printed Modules
Report, SHS Enrollment Monitoring, Number of Attendance per Modality Report,
School Needs Report and WINS Monitoring System Report. Everyday, I updated the
enrollment in the Division BEIS during the first quarter period. I gave technical
assistance to the advisers in LIS like downloading of school forms, fixing issues of
the transferees, approving request of correction of learner’s profile and checking of
school forms. After the checking of forms of all the advisers, I reviewed and finalized
the enrollment of every section and overall finalized the enrollment for SY 2020-
2021. I’ve also worked the School Profiles of JHS and SHS of our school, moreover,
after the validation of all the assigned checkers on the data of school profiles, I
uploaded the School Profiles of JHS and SHS in the EBEIS. In addition, I’m also the
DRRM Coordinator of the school and managed the conduct of Home-based National
Simultaneous Earthquake Drill every quarter. I collected data to every adviser of the
learners’ data who participated during the conduct of drills. Lastly, as the School ICT
Coordinator, I made the Virtual Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony video of our
school and also managed to live stream it on the FB page of our school on July 16,
2021. With the help of the advisers of graduating class and my co-teachers, I made
our Virtual Graduation video flawless.
