HELLENISTIC - Virtual Inter Lyceum Art Competition

This is to inform you that there will be an Inter Lyceum Art Competition. All the Lyceum students from
Grades 1 to 10 can participate in the competition. Details are as follows.

Procedure of the Competition

To fill the Google form for entries (Deadline for submission of the Google form is 25th of August 2021)
There will be online sessions as selection round from entries for third round. Final round will be the Inter
Lyceum round.

Rules and Regulations

Size - A4 size
Medium - Any medium
Topic - Any topic
Categories - Visual Art (Drawings and Paintings)
Collage Art Participants can select only one category.
Digital Art

 Please keep the original digital artwork as a raw file & kept it safe.
 Send the JPG as the final artwork. Original drawings, artwork should be kept safe with the participants,
whenever it is required by the judges.
 Decisions of the judges will be the final decision.
 Participants should be taking part in online sessions scheduled through Microsoft Teams (MT) by the
school.
 Participants should switch ON their cameras in online sessions.

The dates of the sessions will be informed.

Submission details
 Submission should be done through a JPG format.
 Submissions are only allowed for the participants who took part in the online sessions and who
submitted the google form.
 Submissions are allowed within the given period only.
 Submissions should be done on or before given due dates.

Winners will be Rewarded

 Printable E- certificates will be given.
 All the 3rd round participants’ artwork will be published.
 All the 3rd round participants will be given a participation certificate,
 10 merit certificates will be given for each grade.
 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each category will be selected from each grade.
 Winners from each branch, grade-wise will be selected.
 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each grade, from each branch will be selected for Inter Lyceum level.
 1st, 2nd and 3rd from each category will be selected from each grade Inter Lyceum wise.
