POLO SHIRT
 Design is already approved.
 Prices to be canvass by in-charge officers at different shops for
more options.
 1 month extension before payment for the shirt.

FUND
 100 pesos per student (every semester).
Note: If there is a remaining fund at the end of first semester,
collection of 100 pesos for 2nd semester can be avoided.
 Collection of payment for the fund will be from the start of 1st
semester with 1 month extension.

OPEN BANK ACCOUNT

 Proposed opening of bank account for the securement of fund and
for future purposes.
 To be inquired by the in-charge officers.
