B.Terms & Conditions
1. Time schedule
- All additional works shall be finished for 12 weeks from signed annex and Fuji CAC received the advance payment; / Tất cả các công việc phát sinh sẽ được hoàn thành trong vòng 12 tuần kể từ ngày ký phụ lục hợp đồng
và Công ty Fuji CAC nhận được tiền tạm ứng;
2. Payment terms
- Advance payment: 30% of the annex value shall be paid as advance payment by the Buyer by telegraphic transfer (T/T) within 15 days after the signing date of annex./ Đợt 1: Tạm ứng 30% giá trị phụ lục hợp đồng trong
vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày ký kết phụ lục hợp đồng.
- Final claim: 70% after delivery to site.
3. Warranty time for devices and services
- The warranty on any defective parts/components or poor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of delivery to site./ Thời gian bảo hành là 12 tháng kể từ ngày giao hàng
4. Others
- The handover items and final acceptance put into use according to the agreed schedule of this quotation, does not change the schedule and acceptance of the main Contract.
Hạng mục công việc bổ sung bàn giao, nghiệm thu đưa vào sử dụng dựa trên tiến độ đã thỏa thuận cho riêng bản chào này, không làm thay đổi tiến độ và nghiệm thu của hợp đồng chính.
