MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

GPTA and San Roque National High School

I. PURPOSE & SCOPE

The purpose of this MOU is to clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of
each party as they relate to finances and fundraising for the 2017-2018 school
year.

In particular, this MOU is intended to:

Establish an agreement wherein GPTA will help in collecting school legal fees such
as red cross, scout fee, school paper and PTA fee with a total amount of 200 pesos
to fund their programs and events of school organization as budgeted and
approved by their membership for the 2017-2018 school year.

II. PTA RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU

GPTA shall undertake the following activities:

Collaborate with school to promote, coordinate and solicit volunteers for the
school.

Submit a list of programs and events as approved by their membership, along

with their budgeted amounts, to GPTA for funding of their activities.

III. SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU

Foundation shall undertake the following activities:

Take the lead in organizing and executing the activities of the said school
organization.
Commit to monitor that the funds collected by the GPTA shall be utilized
accordingly.

V. EFFECTIVE DATE AND SIGNATURE

This MOU shall be effective upon adoption by the School Board member and
GPTA Association.
