II. INTRODUCTION

In connection with the on- going upgrade of the physical features of the Computer Laboratory 2 of
the Calbiga National High School, the ICT Preventive Maintenance Coordinator is planning to purchase
the materials needed for wiring and networking.

The upgrade will help the school and ICT classes more High- Tech and efficient in the delivery of
learning to students.

III. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project is to install centralized and inter connected computers for programming and other
academic and skill related trainings, classes and performances.

IV. OBJECTIVES

The following is the objective for the realization of the project.

 At the end of the targeted implementation date the following are achieved.

A. Install computer network

B. Digitized ICT classes and performances of student learning.

V. MECHANICS OF IMPLEMENTATION

The school head together with the persons involved will meet to talk about the different activities
to be undertaken during the implementation of the project.
1. Talk to the finance and administrative department for availability of funds.
2. Create guidelines for the proper implementation of the project.
