REFLECTION IN SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC)

The LDM 2 Course for Instructional Coach and Teachers aimed to provide guidance to

the field officials in making informed decisions related to the implementation of the different

learning modalities appropriate to the context.

The COVID-19 pandemic means education may never be the same again. Teachers and

school must be equipped and oriented with the knowledge and skills to cope up with the need

of the schools and students. Thus, last October 20,21 and 22, 2020, the LAC session was

scheduled for Team 4 consisting of all MAPEH and EsP Teachers with two (2) teachers from

Filipino Department. The session was held at San Antonio National High School, New Building

Room 4. The speakers were the Department Head and selected teachers who are

knowledgeable.

This LAC Session was conducted in order to help teachers track their progress in this

new learning delivery modality. A group activity was given in order for the participants to share

their insights and understanding about the experiences they met during this LAC Session. The

success of the teachers to respond to the demands in the new normal education.
