CAREER PROFILE
Has more than 6 years of technical experience in the field of instrumentation and control system, including
maintenance, commissioning start-up, emergency shutdown and turnaround in petrochemicals, oil and gas refinery and
power plant. Works as an instrument maintenance technician in the refinery with the commercial production rated
processing capacity of 363,000 barrel per day of Arab light crude. With widely experienced in Modern Process Control
Instrumentation of refinery, petrochemical s and power plant at various positions. Involved in commissioning and

 Responsible for routine maintenance activities such as preventive, corrective and break down
maintenance activities in instrumentation and control system. Prepare reports on works to be done.
 Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to
indicate, record, and control generating operations.
 Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and
replaces defective parts. Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing using hand
tools.
 Carries out planned (preventive & routine) maintenance activities on instrumentation/control devices
in assigned field in accordance with set plans and standard procedures. Perform and work order
repairs,
inspection and adjustments and system fault-findings and rectification.
 Troubleshoot various types of process instrument, system, equipment operational problems and

based on the manuals to maintain the accuracy and standard of the equipment’s.
 Participate during the plant turnaround, shutdowns as well as commissioning project and start-up of
the new expansion Clean Fuel Project (CFP) as well as in plant safety, health and environmental program.
 Involve in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities cross checking P&ID’s, punch list, witness
and review calibration result of Field Instrumentation.
 Respond directly with production personnel to isolate and repair problem.
 Experienced in calibration, overhauling and repair of different types of control valves both pneumatic and
electronic; bench calibration and configuration of various types of smart transmitters and positioned; Fisher
DVC-6200 series, Masoneilan SVI series, Metso ND9000H series and Limit Switches, GWR Rosemount 5300
series, Gammatrol Radio Active level as well as flame sensing elements.
 Installing and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), MTL Barrier, and maintaining
accurate and complete maintenance records.
 Job task on instrument installation such as mounting of different process transmitter (level, flow,
pressure and temperature) running and installing, bending of process impulse tubing and familiar in different
kinds of instrument fittings. Perform work in a safe and efficient manner to established Industry Standards.
