AND EQUIPMENT
I. INTRODUCTORY CONCEPT:
Disinfectant Antiseptic
Activity 1: Directions: With your own sets of nail care tools and equipment
available, perform or simulate the following suggested activities in accordance with
the correct procedure:
(Safety Reminder: Always observe precautionary measures when doing
activities. Wear appropraite Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow
manufacturer’s instruction when using chemicals.)
Needed things:
These are the nail care tools and equipment you should have or provide for this
specific activity, but you can use those available only.
Task:
These are the tasks you should perform at home, but it is much better with
supervision of your parents/guardians if they are well-rounded with the task. Do not
hesitate to communicate with your teacher when necessary.
Activity 2: DIRECTION: Analyze the questions. Give and write your honest and
concise answer.
1. What should you do to make sure that tools made of plastic are clean and safe

Activity 3: Direction: Read each sentence and reflect on the right thing to do to
check the condition of nail care tools and equipment. Answer them by writing “YES”
or “NO”. Write your answer on separate answer sheet or send it to your teacher
online.
