Dear Apoorva, Karl,

Attached please find the template for Architectural drawing list which shows a sample of
each type of drawing. The drawing numbers for various disciplines can be as follows:

- Architectural : ICC-AHC-AR-PL-0001-00 (the last 00 stands for Revision number)

- Structural : ICC-J+W-ST-PL-0001-01

- Mechanical : ICC-MEP-ME-PL-0001-01

- Plumbing : ICC-MEP-PL-PL-0001-01

- Electrical : ICC-MEP-EL-PL-0001-01

- Landscaping : ICC-LSG-LA-PL-0001-01(If LSG will be appointed)

- Elevators : ICC-LB-LFT-PL-0001-01

· All drawings shall be composed in such a way that when printed to A3 size they
shall be legible. However, A1 size drgs to be the most commonly used size

· Only a very few number of drawings shall be composed to print on A0 size.

· All hard copy submission shall be to ‘one uniform size’; can be A1, A2 or A3 size
(very rarely A3 size)

· AHC is requested to submit a list of all the drawings you will prepare at each
stage of submission up to Tender Stage. Same have to be prepared by your sub-
consultants as well.

· Drawings from all consultants shall have same size of ‘Title Block’ and with
similar design. Drawing number and drawing title at the bottom of the title block

Also, make a note of the following when GFC drawings are submitted:

1. A drawing list to be provided each time AHC or AHC’s consultants make a

submittal.

2. Every drawing has to have the stamp and signature of the specific consultant
and the stamp and signature of AHC.
