I. Introduction

Project OneDesk forms the backbone of School quest for Quality


Education and rendering good service to its stakeholders. In fact, the cross-
functional nature of its operation means it directly impacts productivity and is an
essential part of what enables an institution to meet its stakeholder needs and
improve its service.
Moreover, at this time of pandemic where education is in the new normal
set up, it gives good rapport of communication towards uncertainty.

The table below shows the report of Project OneDesk.
