NARRATIVE:
The global health crisis has carried out many consequences that may affect
people’s general health particularly with the mental health of teachers. In some research
and studies about psychological impact of this pandemic, there is an increase of cases
suffering from depression and high stress levels due to lockdown. Stressing out this
dilemma, some teachers experienced confusion because of the sudden transition of
Distance Learning. This transition tends to be frustrating for some teachers specifically
to those who are not technologically adept.
This program is one of the integral projects initiated during the period of Brigada
Eskwela 2021 as part of professional growth and holistic development of teachers. This
program believes that a healthy individual promotes healthy and productive
environment.
The session ended with a lot of learning about the topic which will serve as guide
for teachers as they embrace the challenges brought by the global health crisis.
