sure when opening the cooling system tank

1 Remove the cooling system reservoir cap (1).

2 Tilting the cabin.
3 Remove drain plug (2) on engine block and
loosen drain plug (3) on radiator.

4 Install plugs (2) and (3).

Do not remove the cooling system tank AS20.00-B-0001-01A
cap (1) when the system temperature is
above 90ºC. If it becomes absolutely
necessary to remove the cooling system
tank cap with the engine hot (above
50°C) proceed carefully to avoid acci-
dents. Cover the cap with a heavy rag
and turn cap carefully to its 1st stag and
let steam pressure out before removing
the cap. Wear protective clothing.
Be sure the cabin tilting and returning AS60.80-B-0001-01A
area is clear of objects and persons.
Always tilt cabin as far as the end
position. Return cabin to its correct
locked position for vehicle operation.
