Do the assignment in Your Note Book. You have to write an article on ANY ONE of the three
topics given below. It should not be copied from the internet. You have to let your original
thoughts and ideas flow. While writing if you get any appropriate picture related to the article,
you may paste it after your writing. Word Limit : 250-300 words
1. Half a loaf is better than none (meaning:something is better than nothing, even if it is less
than one wanted)
2. When the going gets tough, the tough get going (meaning: When the situations become
difficult, strong people are able to cope up and handle it)
3. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder (meaning:Different people have different ideas and
views about what is beautiful; the perception of beauty is subjective)

Note : This article/essay will be included in your Internal Assessment CBSE Marks. The
Practical Component will be partially based on this assignment.

Students need to complete the assignment by June11, 2021. Students need to write in their
English Copy and upload on the fliplearn.
