1. What are the activities you enjoy most and how do you plan to pursue them?

- The activities that I enjoy most are dancing, singing, and playing guitar. I plan to pursue
them by getting inspired of others because when you are inspired, the dictionary states
that: “mentally you are stimulated to do or feel something”. Inspiration awakens us to
new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations.
Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transforms the way we
perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration may sometimes be overlooked because of its
unfriendly nature.

2. How many of the fifteen things you like to do require physical activity?

- Eight of the fifteen things that I like to do that requires physical activity.

3. Do you get to do things you enjoy often? If not, why not?

- Yes I enjoy to do things that I often to do.

4. Are most of the things you enjoy done with people or alone?

-It is depend on my mood but sometimes I enjoy spending my time with no one around
me, because giving yourself alone time means you can explore these things without the
pressures and judgments that others may impose. Having time to yourself is critical for
growth and personal development. Instead of worrying about the needs, interests, and
opinions that others may have, alone time lets you focus on yourself. Being alone can
help you build mental strength.
