FIND YOUR MOTIVATION

Where do you come from? This can include everything from where geographically you
and/or your parents were raised to what core beliefs you have. Write down what constitute
your background.
- I come from a small and happy family, even though we are not rich but we love each other,
and we can do everything we want in life. And we believe that a quiet life has a good
destination.

What are your traditions? Do you regularly perform spiritual or physical rituals? Think
about their origins and why you continue to do them?
- My family tradition is that we go to church every week, we prepare a variety of food every
Christmas and also celebrate when there is a birthday, even if it's just a little party, because
we brought that to our ancestor.

What do you want to do in this world? Which people or things do you care most deeply about
serving? Is it your home community, kids, the environment, animals? If you have a deep-
seated desire to help this entity, you will be a much more convincing and credible applicant.
= I want to explore all over the world and know everything about this world. My first thought
was happiness. Well, I don't yet know a person who doesn't wish for happiness. But what is
happiness? My second thought was money. The way that society is going, having sad
pennies in the pocket can ring the death knell for our happiness. My subsequent thoughts
were my parents’ happiness, to find and know the love of my life, to travel, to be healthy,
and what not. I was so bombarded by thoughts of what I most wanted that I nearly felt a
headache approach. And that made me realise what I really and truly want most in life.I
want peace of mind.
I want to wake up every morning without having to worry about the day. I want to be able
to look outside and appreciate the little things. I want to be free in the head so that I can
notice the trees, the birds, the movements of people, the subtle signs of seasons changing. I
want to be relaxed enough to be able to smile genuinely more often.I want to be at peace
with my life, with my mistakes, with my shortcomings and flaws.I want to be able to tell
myself that it's okay.

MOTIVATION
Feeling motivated means feeling excited and ready to take action to accomplish a goal or idea! When
we feel unmotivated, it keeps us from getting things done and making any progress.

What is something you are feeling unmotivated about?

-It's completely normal to feel unmotivated at times, especially about work. Maybe there's a task
you've been ducking for weeks or a new project that's taken the wind out of your sails. Whatever the
cause, it can be downright impossible to get things done when those feelings hit.

How do you think it got be this way?

-To avoid that unmotivated dont mind what people say to you so you don't get distracted by what
you want to fo in life ,because that is your life and no one can judge and restrain you.
What would happen if you were to suddenly become motivated? How would things look differently?

-The thing happens when you are suddenly inspired is that you like to do the things you want in life,
and that will serve as your inspiration to achieve your dream.

Think very hard! What are three things you can do to make it more exciting to reach your goal?

1. Be realistic. When starting out it’s easy to get excited and fall victim to false hope syndrome.

Don’t set goals you hope to achieve. Set goals you will achieve.

2. Rein in your expectations. Lots of people fail to stick to their goals because they’re too lofty.

Don’t expect too much, too fast. It takes your mind and body time to adapt to new habits.

Slow and steady.

3. Enjoy the journey. If you don’t enjoy working toward your goals, why set them in the first

place?

What would you need to do to keep up the excitement until you reach your goal?
-Always have a clear goal in mind ,
- Get excited and Find inspiration ,
- Keep it positive,
- plan my time and energy according to my goals.
What can you start doing right now?
-I started doing right now, I was focusing on my studies to reach all my dreams in life, and being
positive in everything.
