I am delighted to announce the Revenue Management organizational updates of The St. Regis Bali Resort, The
Laguna Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, Bali and Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort, Lombok. Please join me in congratulating
the market (cluster) team, which will be based out of The Laguna Resort & Spa.

INAWATY GUNAWAN
Market Director Revenue Strategy

Ina started her career in the Hospitality Industry as a Sales Executive with Accor in 2000. She joined us in 2002 as
Sales Manager with Sheraton Media Hotel & Towers, Jakarta. Shortly after her sales experience she discovered her
true passion - Revenue Management. Ina had a short intermezzo as Revenue Manager at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.
In 2006, Ina rejoined us and started her resort experience with The Westin Resort & Spa Nusa Dua Bali, followed
by a venture at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. She returned to Bali managing the Starwood Bali Resorts Collection,
including the opening of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran and Four Points by Sheraton Bali
Kuta before joining The St Regis Bali & The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort team in 2016.

In her new role, Ina will be responsible to lead the revenue management efforts and strategy processes for Sheraton
Senggigi Lombok, in addition to the two luxury properties owned by Rajawali Property Group in Bali.

Ina is an avid foodie and loves sharing good food with others. She is a passionate traveler and loves spoiling her
two dogs.

HERLING DARMIANTO
Market Assistant Revenue Manager

Herling started her hospitality career as Reservation Sales Agent with The St Regis Bali & The Laguna Bali Complex
team. She continued her journey with Marriott Luxury properties, joining the pre-opening team of The Ritz-Carlton
Bali as Administrative Assistant to EAM for almost 2 years. Herling left The Ritz-Carlton Bali to join Ayana Resort
& Spa and Rimba Jimbaran as Business Analyst. In July 2018, an opportunity brought her back to The St Regis & The
Laguna Bali as Revenue Executive. With her exceptional performance, she got soon promoted to Assistant Revenue
Manager in 2020 and continues to contribute significantly to the team.

In her new role, Herling will oversee and coordinate the revenue management function, system and inventory
strategy for the three properties.

Herling’ passion are arts & crafts, she enjoys pottery and exploring cuisines in Bali.

GUSTI PUTU EVAN MANUEL


Revenue Executive

Evan started his career in 2013 at Oxindo, a Business Consultant providing customized reports & analytics for hotels.
After Evan worked at Kuta Beach Heritage as Reservation Agent for 2 years, he started with The St Regis & The
Laguna Bali Complex Reservation Team. Later he joined the Revenue Management team as Market Analyst. With
his passion for computer language & report creation Evan got quickly promoted to Revenue Executive in Q1 2020.

In his new role, Evan will continue to use his system expertise, manage inventory, and support the team with business
evaluation and revenue analysis for the three properties.

Evan is a professional photographer, part of an e-sport gaming community and a digital marketing enthusiast in his
free time.

NILA PERLIAWATI
Revenue Analyst

Nila started her journey in 2016 when she joined The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali as Reservation Trainee. After
graduating in 2017, she joined the preopening team of Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali as Front Office
Agent. In 2018, Nila started with The St Regis Bali & The Laguna Complex Reservation Team. She decided to take
up the challenge to join Revenue Management team in 2020.

In her new role Nila will continue to assist data, analysis and business evaluation for the three properties.

Nila is a Balinese traditional dancer, in her spare time she teaches dancing to children and loves to keep herself
updated with the latest K-Drama.
